研究生教育与学科发展关系密切。当前学科发展呈现多元化趋势,碎片化有余而整体性欠佳,研究生教育有日益分化之势,跨学科交流难以开展。因此,要通过自主设立研究生院、培育交叉学科成长、推进联合培养、适应社会需求,系统整合研究生教育资源;通过以制度规范研究生教育、各学科之间开放协调、保持学术尊严和独立性、鼓励知识交叉融合,促进研究生教育的跨学科协同。总之,研究生教育要在学科分化与学科整合之间形成平衡,在博弈中探寻优化抉择,回归跨学科协同的本原,推进学科发展和知识创新。

Postgraduate education is closely related to disciplinary development. However, facing the increasing diversity of disciplinary development, postgraduate education shows more fragmentation than integration, leading to difficulties in interdisciplinary communication and cooperation. To solve this problem, we should integrate postgraduate education recourses by setting up independent postgraduate school, promoting interdisciplinary development and joint training to fulfill social needs. In addition, we should also regulate postgraduate education, promote openness and coordination among different disciplines so as to protect the dignity and independence of academic studies, encourage the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge and promote its coordination in postgraduate education. To sum up, postgraduate education should try to seek the balance between disciplinary fragmentation and integration, and return to the basics of interdisciplinary cooperation through optimal choices; interdisciplinary cooperation should be encouraged to promote the development and creativity of different subjects.
