运用文献资料调研、田野调查等研究方法,以社会人类学理论为支撑,采用质性研究范式中的叙事探究方式,对枫亭原生态民俗体育＂菜头灯＂活动进行挖掘整理。研究结果表明：枫亭元宵＂菜头灯＂活动的源头可追溯到人类对火的崇拜时期,有史可据为北宋年间;该活动在千余年的发展过程中经历了宋元文化博弈中原生态民俗体育的传承、明朝政治与战争文化促生中原生态民俗体育的繁荣兴盛、满清文化到现代文化转折中原生态民俗体育的起伏波折、文化大革命灾难中原生态民俗体育的搁置、现代化进程中原生态民俗体育从修复走向兴盛几个阶段。

The paper uses literature study, field survey and other research methods to study the original ecological folk sports ＂Vegetable Lamp＂ activities in Feng Ting with the social anthropology theory and the narrative inquiry approach in the qualitative research paradigm. The results showed that ＂Vegetable Lamp＂ activities in Feng Ting could be traced back to the worship of the fire and it was recorded since the Northern Song Dynasty. The activities developed in about a thousand years going from the original ecological folk sports in the culture competition of the Song Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty, to its prosperity brought by the political and war culture in the Ming Dynasty, its ups and downs in the cultural turning of the Qing Dynasty, its backup in the Cultural Revolution, its repair and prosperity in the process of modernization.
