理论基础是学科建设与发展的思想源泉和建构理据。目前,我国网络舆情管理的理论研究相对薄弱,在一定程度上影响了该领域研究的整体发展。本文在界定网络舆情管理内涵的基础上,通过分析利益相关者理论、生命周期理论、信息生态理论等基本思想及其与网络舆情管理关联性,阐述了网络舆情管理的主要理论基础,进一步丰富了网络舆情理论体系,以期为网络舆情管理的研究与实践提供有益参考。

Theoretical basis is the ideological source and the motivation of discipline construction and development. At present, the theory research of China＇s network public opinion management is relatively weak, which influences the development of its research to some extent. Based on the definition of network public opinion management connotation, through the analysis of the basic thought of ＇ stakeholder theory＇, ＇ life cycle theory＇, ＇ information ecological theory＇, and its relationship with the network public opinion management, it described the main theoretical basis of the management of the network public opinion, and fmther enriched the theoretical system of network public opinion network, in order to provide a useful reference for research and practice the management of the network public opinion.
