随着第三方物流的发展，制造企业物流外包业务也越来越多。物流外包是一个复杂的系统，在发展过程中难免会出现诸多风险。分析我国制造企业物流外包的状态，还存在着管理、信息、财务、市场等风险。依据对制造企业物流外包过程的研究，有效地规避风险应采取三方面措施：制造企业要通过先进的管理经验和技术营造适合企业发展的物流环境，提高企业的物流外包风险预警能力；转变观念，提高企业物流外包的风险意识，制定防范物流外包风险的策略；发挥政府的服务能动作用，制定适合物流外包的政策，进一步规范物流外包市场。风险防范措施的提出为制造企业规避物流外包风险提供了依据，也能够更好地促进制造企业物流外包的发展。

In view of the present situation of manufacturing enterprises ’ logistics outsourcing , this paper ana-lyses the influence factors of logistics outsourcing and explores the risk of management , information , finance and market in logistics outsourcing in manufacturing enterprises .Countermeasures to avoid the risk are as follows：（1） Manufacturing enterprises must create logistics environment suitable for the development of enterprise through the advanced management experience and technology to improve the prevention ability of the risk ; （ 2 ） Old ideas should be changed to keep the consciousness of risk , and to make a strategic plan for the risk;（3） The government should play the role of service , making suitable policies for further standardizing logistics outsourcing market .The risk prevention measures provide the basis for manufacturing enterprises to avoid the risk of logistics outsourcing , and promote the development of the manufacturing enterprises logistics outsourcing .
