改革开放以来，我国社会保障理论和实践取得一系列进展。建立更加公平可持续的社会保障制度，是我国当前及今后一段时间努力的目标。社会主义核心价值观作为理论形式，与社会保障在目标、主体上具有内在一致性，在社会保障事业的发展和完善过程中要坚持以核心价值观为指导，做到教育优先、构建多层次的社会保障体系、发挥社会组织的作用、加强监督。
改革開放以來，我國社會保障理論和實踐取得一繫列進展。建立更加公平可持續的社會保障製度，是我國噹前及今後一段時間努力的目標。社會主義覈心價值觀作為理論形式，與社會保障在目標、主體上具有內在一緻性，在社會保障事業的髮展和完善過程中要堅持以覈心價值觀為指導，做到教育優先、構建多層次的社會保障體繫、髮揮社會組織的作用、加彊鑑督。
개혁개방이래，아국사회보장이론화실천취득일계렬진전。건립경가공평가지속적사회보장제도，시아국당전급금후일단시간노력적목표。사회주의핵심개치관작위이론형식，여사회보장재목표、주체상구유내재일치성，재사회보장사업적발전화완선과정중요견지이핵심개치관위지도，주도교육우선、구건다층차적사회보장체계、발휘사회조직적작용、가강감독。
Since the reform and opening-up, the social security system in China has acquired a series of pro-gress in theory and practice .The current effort is to establish a more equitable and sustainable social security sys-tem.The socialist core values, as a theoretical form, have intrinsic consistency with the goal and the main body of the social security system .In the process of the development and perfection of social security system , the core val-ues should be taken as the guidance , education should be developed first , a multi-level social security system should be built , social organizations should play its role , and supervision should be strengthened .
