21世纪以来,我国乳制品行业发展迅速,市场结构急剧演化。在寡头市场形成的过程中,我国乳品企业主要以价格竞争、抢夺市场份额为主。急速扩张的市场也导致出现奶源争夺战。2008年"三聚氰胺事件"后,乳制品行业进入调整期。从市场绩效看,整个乳制品行业利润率呈V字形变化,企业的规模效率不明显。

Since the 20th century, China has experienced a rapid development in dairy industry, and there is a fundamental evolution of market structure. During the formation of an oligopoly market, Chinese dairy enterprises compete mainly in the price competition, grabbing market share. The rapid expansion of the market has led to scramble for milk collection. After the "Melamine Incident" in 2008, the dairy industry has entered a period of adjustment. From the market performance, the profit rate of the entire dairy industry is in a V shape change, and enterprises' scale efficiency is not obvious.
