妇女已逐渐成为经济发展与生态文明建设的生力军,对生态环境的关注度较高,但生态文明建设参与意识仍显薄弱,参与方式较为单一,投入生态文明建设的主动性亟待提高,妇女组织在促进生态文明建设的妇女参与方面发挥了积极的作用,仍需进一步扩大职能范围。西部妇女参与生态文明建设应从以下几方面实施,鼓励妇女参与生态文明教育工作,积极发挥妇女组织的作用,鼓励妇女从各个方面广泛参与农村生态文明环境建设。
부녀이축점성위경제발전여생태문명건설적생력군,대생태배경적관주도교고,단생태문명건설삼여의식잉현박약,삼여방식교위단일,투입생태문명건설적주동성극대제고,부녀조직재촉진생태문명건설적부녀삼여방면발휘료적겁적작용,잉수진일보확대직능범위。서부부녀삼여생태문명건설응종이하궤방면실시,고려부녀삼여생태문명교육공작,적겁발휘부녀조직적작용,고려부녀종각개방면엄범삼여농촌생태문명배경건설。
Women have gradually become the main force of economic development and construction of ecological civilization, who have high degree of attention to the ecological environment, but weak sense of participation in the construction of ecology civilization, single ways of participation,and little initiative which needs to be improved. Women＇s organizations which have played a positive role in promoting women＇s par- ticipation in the construction of the ecological environment still need to further expand the functional scope. This paper argues that the main paths and related proposals of promoting women＇s participation in construction include that： to encourage women＇s participation in the work of education, to active the role of women＇s organizations in that to encourage women to participate in construction of rural ecological civilization in all its aspects.
