伴随着＂科教兴国＂战略的不断深化,高校作为人才培养、科学研究以及服务社会的载体,国家对其经费的投入在GDP中的比例也逐年提升。因此高校经费的使用及效益评价问题逐渐成为一个值得关注和亟待解决的问题。文章在分析目前我国高校经费使用现状的基础上,细化高校经费明细,提出系统全面的高校经费效益评价体系,旨在为优化高校经费配置提供参考评价指标。

With the deepening of ＂relying on science and education＂strategy, the colleges and universities as the carrier of the personnel training, scientific research and social service, the investment proportion of the education funds is increasing year by year in the country＇s GDP. The benefit evaluation of the use of scientific research funds has become a problem worthy of attention to be solved. This paper proposed a comprehensive funds benefit evaluation system of colleges and universities based on the analysis of the funds used in colleges and universities and the refinement of the fund subsidiary to optimize the reference evaluation index of funds distribution.
