随着人民币国际化进程的不断推进,给我国经济带来了新的活力与动力,但其负面问题也值得研究,特别是近年来不断涌现出的洗钱行为（Money-laundering）,引起学术界高度关注。本文以人民币国际化为背景,国际反洗钱界倡导的洗钱风险评估（Risk-Based approach）理念为基础,构建了我国反洗钱风险评估＂脆弱性—有效性（V-E）＂系统,并研究了系统运转机理和表现特征。
隨著人民幣國際化進程的不斷推進,給我國經濟帶來瞭新的活力與動力,但其負麵問題也值得研究,特彆是近年來不斷湧現齣的洗錢行為（Money-laundering）,引起學術界高度關註。本文以人民幣國際化為揹景,國際反洗錢界倡導的洗錢風險評估（Risk-Based approach）理唸為基礎,構建瞭我國反洗錢風險評估＂脆弱性—有效性（V-E）＂繫統,併研究瞭繫統運轉機理和錶現特徵。

The advancement of RMB internationalization has brought to China＇ s economy new vigor and driving force. However, its negative effect is also worthy of attention, especially the increasing money - landering in recent years, deserving much more attention of the academic field. This paper, taking the RMB internationalization as the background, and the concept of money laundering risk assessment approach （RBA） as the foundation, constructs the ＂vulnerability - effectiveness （V- E ）＂ system for China＇ s money laundering risk assessment and analyses the operational mechanism and performance characteristics of the system.
