运用文献资料、实地调查和问卷调查相结合、数理统计以及逻辑分析等方法,以北京市社区体育健身俱乐部为研究对象进行调查,发现:1)北京市社区体育健身俱乐部的场地设施相对单一,多为乒乓球、台球、健身器械和健身路径,难以满足居民不断增长的多样化体育需求;2)由于部分社区体育健身俱乐部未开展日常体育活动,难以推动居民经常参加体育活动;3)由于北京市社区健身俱乐部获得合法经营权的数量很少,大部分俱乐部在社区备案,俱乐部活动和社区体育活动相互重叠混为一体,难以形成造血功能,经费主要依靠会员会费和政府扶持资金维持;4)北京市社区体育健身俱乐部已具规模,加强规范化、信息化管理势在必行。提出建议:1)开展社区居民体育需求调查,“十三五”期间有针对性地加强社区体育场地设施建设;2)推进俱乐部广泛开展日常活动,挖掘潜力,发挥俱乐部的更大作用;3)加快推进健身俱乐部“民办非企业”试点工作,探索俱乐部独立经营管理模式;4)尽快建设社区体育健身俱乐部管理平台,研制管理系统。依托“北京市社区体育协会”建立社区体育健身俱乐部联盟,实现各俱乐部间的横向交流。政府、协会和联盟、俱乐部三方各负其责,确保其可持续发展。

운용문헌자료、실지조사화문권조사상결합、수리통계이급라집분석등방법,이북경시사구체육건신구악부위연구대상진행조사,발현:1)북경시사구체육건신구악부적장지설시상대단일,다위핑퐁구、태구、건신기계화건신로경,난이만족거민불단증장적다양화체육수구;2)유우부분사구체육건신구악부미개전일상체육활동,난이추동거민경상삼가체육활동;3)유우북경시사구건신구악부획득합법경영권적수량흔소,대부분구악부재사구비안,구악부활동화사구체육활동상호중첩혼위일체,난이형성조혈공능,경비주요의고회원회비화정부부지자금유지;4)북경시사구체육건신구악부이구규모,가강규범화、신식화관리세재필행。제출건의:1)개전사구거민체육수구조사,“십삼오”기간유침대성지가강사구체육장지설시건설;2)추진구악부엄범개전일상활동,알굴잠력,발휘구악부적경대작용;3)가쾌추진건신구악부“민판비기업”시점공작,탐색구악부독립경영관리모식;4)진쾌건설사구체육건신구악부관리평태,연제관리계통。의탁“북경시사구체육협회”건립사구체육건신구악부련맹,실현각구악부간적횡향교류。정부、협회화련맹、구악부삼방각부기책,학보기가지속발전。
Using the methods of literature review,field research, questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper studies on community sports fitness clubs in Beijing. The results show that:l) The facilities of community sports fitness clubs in Beijing cannot meet the diversified needs of the residents due to the monotony in form, only including table tennis, billiards, fitness equipment and fitness path. 2) As some of the community sports fitness clubs failed to organize daily sports activities, it is diffi- cult to have the residents to participate in regular sports activities. 3) Due to the scarcity of community fitness clubs with legal operation rights in Beijing, most the of the clubs register in the community office, with the result that club activities and community sports activities overlap with each other, making it hard to be sustainable since the funds are mainly from membership fee and government grants. 4) It is impera- tive to strengthen the standardization and information management since the community sports fitness clubs in Beiiing are already large in number. It is suggested in the end.. 1) to carry out investigations on the needs of community residents, and to strengthen the construction of community sports facilities during the "Thirteenth Five-year Plan" period; 2) to promote the greater role of the fitness clubs in extensive daily activities and potential development; 3) to accelerate the pilot work of private non-enterprise organi- zation and to explore the independent operation and management of the clubs; and 4) to construct commu- nity sports fitness club platform and develop the management system as early as possible. It is advisable to establish a community sports fitness club league based on Beijing Community Sports Association, so as to enable horizontal communications among the clubs. The government, the association and league, and the clubs should hold their respective duties and ensure their sustainable development.
