灵敏素质是一项复杂的运动素质,也是运动员必备的运动素质之一;但与其他运动素质相比,国内灵敏素质相关理论研究略显不足。通过采用文献资料与逻辑分析的方法对灵敏素质相关文献进行梳理,试图理清灵敏素质的定义、分类与结构特点、测评方法和训练学要点,为后续研究与训练实践提供理论参考;通过分析得出:“快”“变”是灵敏素质的本质属性;灵敏性是指处在特定运动场景中的肢体感受刺激,并根据需要迅速改变方向或变换动作的能力;灵敏素质可分为一般灵敏(变换动作和改变方向)和反应灵敏2类;测评时应从预判决策、变换动作、改变方向3个方面及“快”“变”2个维度进行评价。对灵敏素质的训练学要点进行总结,为灵敏素质训练的科学}生.提供理论依据。

Agility is a complex physical quality in sports as well as an important physical ability for ath- letes. However, researches on the theories of agility are comparatively inadequate in the Chinese literature in contrast with those of other physical qualities. By using the methods of literature review and logical a nalysis,this paper aims to clarify the definitions, classifications, structural characteristics,measurements evaluation and training essentials of agility, so as to provide valuable reference for both further theoret- ical study and agility training. The results show that: 1) speediness and change are the essential character- istics of agility; 2) sport agility is defined as the whole body or part of the body perceiving stimulus and changing direction or movement rapidly as needed in the special sport situation; 3) agility is divided into general agility (changing direction and changing motion) and responsive agility; 4) agility can be meas- ured or evaluated from the two aspects of speediness and change,as well as the three dimensions of per- ceiving ~ decision making ability, changing direction and changing motion; 5) the training essentials of a- gility are summarized in order to provide theoretical basis for scientific agility training.
