采用逻辑分析法与文献资料法,基于对核心区域、核心稳定性与核心力量等概念的辨析,核心力量的运行机制与功能特征的描述,核心力量同传统抗阻力力量训练的甄别,振动力量、核心力量与功能性力量种属关系的归纳,对核心力量研究提出展望与质疑。研究结果表明:1)核心区域稳定性概念起源于运动康复“脊柱稳定性”理论,其应用源于竞技体育运动项目特征、传统力量及体能训练的掣肘、“动力链理论”等训练理论协同发展;2)其运行生理学基础是人体的“肌肉兴奋模式”“神经系统对肌肉的干预手段”、人体运动力量传递的“累积效应”,运行机制理论是“三亚型模型+呼吸系统调节”;3)功能表现为提供躯干稳定支持,协调机体力量的发生、传递与控制,预防运动损伤,运动特征是不稳定非平衡环境下深层的小肌肉群的多维度、多关节的人体活动;4)功能性训练涵盖核心力量与振动力量训练,作为其方法的衍生及具体训练形式,理论依据与生理基础相似。核心力量与传统力量训练优势互补,依据运动项目与训练任务科学安排二者负荷比例,及时调整时序。对训练实践期间的应用范畴、功效评定应持谨慎态度,部分结论尚待实验求证。

By adopting the research methods of logic analysis and literature review, the present study pro- poses some prospect and questions on the research of core strength based on the analysis of core region, core stability and core strength, the description of the operation mechanism and function character of core strength, the discrimination between core strength and traditional strength training, and the induction of the relation between core strength and functional strength. The results show that:1) The concept of core regional stability originates from the movement rehabilitation "spinal stability" theory, with its application being the result of coordinated development of the characteristics of competitive sports, the constraint on traditional power and physical training and the "power chain theory"; 2) The operation physiology is based on the "muscle exciting model" of the human body, the "intervention of nervous system on mus- cles" and the "cumulative effect" of the physical movement power transfer, whose operation mechanism is in the form of "three subtypes + respiratory regulation"; 3) The function is represented by providing steady support for the body, coordinating the occurrence,transference and control and preventing sports injury, while the features are in the form of multidimensional and multi-joint physical movement of the deep-seated small muscle groups under unstable and unbalanced condition; 4) Functional strength training incorporates both core strength and vibration strength training, which, similar in theoretical and physical basis, serve as the derivation and concrete training forms of functional strength training. Core strength and the traditional strength training have complementary advantages,whose training load, proportion and se- quence are scientifically arranged and timely adjusted according to the sports events and training tasks. The application category and performance evaluation in the training practice should be treated with cau- tion since some of the conclusions are still in need of experimental ratification.
