With the monopoly of information resources,search engine service providers have the ob-ligations to ensure the objectivity and impartiality of search results.With the expansion of relevant markets,monopoly-related issues of search engines have become increasingly prominent.The follow-ing questions are urgently waiting to be answered in the application of the anti-monopoly law.Wheth-er malicious shielding behaviors made by dominant search engine service providers are abusing the dominant position or not？ Whether these behaviors should be taken into the scope of the anti-monopo-ly law or not？ What are the workable approaches to regulating these behaviors with the anti-monopoly law？
