协同创新理念的兴起与经济全球化、知识社会发展密切相关,企业组织应用比较广泛,逐渐扩散到其他机构,尤其是高等教育领域。基于协同学理论的协同创新理念,从创新的概念发展出发,应更加注重突破主体间的壁垒,在人才、资本、信息与技术上进行合作。而西方高等教育领域在应用协同创新理念方面,取得了很重要的成就,不管是在合作平台建构、组织结构设计、运行机制建立、经费资源提供方面,都存在着共同的因素,对于其他国家的协作创新发展提供了优秀的实践经验与借鉴模式。在我国推进协同创新的进程中,需要借鉴国外的先进经验,结合已开展的协同创新实践,在心理层面上去除约束,在制度设计上去除障碍,提供相应的政策保障,继续进行完善与改进。

The rise of collaborative innovation concept is closely related to the globalization of economy and the development of knowledge society. The concept has been widely used in business organizations and is gradually spreading to other institutions, particularly higher education. Based on the theory of synergetics, it evolved from the concept of innovation and lays more emphasis on breaking the barriers between subjects, human resources, capital, information and technology cooperation. To date, great achievements have been made in applying the concept of collaborative innovation in western higher education. As there are commonalities in construction of platforms, design of organizational structure, establishment of operation mechanism, and provision of financial resources, other countries can draw on the experience of western countries. In the processes of promoting collaborative innovation in China, we need to learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries and try to overcome the psychological constraints and the institutional barriers by making use of our already made collaborative innovation so as to provide appropriate policy support and continue to improve collaborative innovation.
