随着汉语国际推广工作的开展，越来越多国家和地区的中小学开始开设汉语课程，中小学汉语教学呈现出迅速增长的趋势。中小学汉语学习者的身心特点决定了其语言教育和汉语学习的特殊性，这一趋势对国际汉语教师的培养提出了一系列挑战。一方面，应该加强国际汉语师资培养课程设置和定位的针对性；另一方面，应该加强面向国外中小学汉语学习者的国际汉语师资培养模式建设，以全面培养面向国外中小学汉语教学的胜任力。
隨著漢語國際推廣工作的開展，越來越多國傢和地區的中小學開始開設漢語課程，中小學漢語教學呈現齣迅速增長的趨勢。中小學漢語學習者的身心特點決定瞭其語言教育和漢語學習的特殊性，這一趨勢對國際漢語教師的培養提齣瞭一繫列挑戰。一方麵，應該加彊國際漢語師資培養課程設置和定位的針對性；另一方麵，應該加彊麵嚮國外中小學漢語學習者的國際漢語師資培養模式建設，以全麵培養麵嚮國外中小學漢語教學的勝任力。
수착한어국제추엄공작적개전，월래월다국가화지구적중소학개시개설한어과정，중소학한어교학정현출신속증장적추세。중소학한어학습자적신심특점결정료기어언교육화한어학습적특수성，저일추세대국제한어교사적배양제출료일계렬도전。일방면，응해가강국제한어사자배양과정설치화정위적침대성；령일방면，응해가강면향국외중소학한어학습자적국제한어사자배양모식건설，이전면배양면향국외중소학한어교학적성임력。
Along with the international promotion of the Chinese language, more and more primary and secondary schools in other countries and regions offer Chinese courses and the teaching of the Chi- nese language has become more popular. The physical and mental characteristics of the learners of the Chinese language in these primary and secondary schools determine the particularity of the Chinese- language education and pose a series of challenges to the training of international Chinese-language teachers. On the one hand, it is necessary to improve the related training programs and clarify their goals; on the other hand, it is also necessary to establish some workable training modes and improve the quality of such teachers.
