随着国际汉语教育界对教师发展研究的关注,有关国际汉语教育新手、熟手与专家教师的比较研究已成为教师发展研究的一个重要研究方向,并已取得一定成果。本文从新手、熟手和专家教师的概念界定、教学行为差异性、认知能力差异性三方面对已有研究进行梳理与评析,旨在进一步揭示教师专长养成的规律与方法,为教师提供专业发展的参考与方向,并为国际汉语师资培养与培训提供有效资源。
隨著國際漢語教育界對教師髮展研究的關註,有關國際漢語教育新手、熟手與專傢教師的比較研究已成為教師髮展研究的一箇重要研究方嚮,併已取得一定成果。本文從新手、熟手和專傢教師的概唸界定、教學行為差異性、認知能力差異性三方麵對已有研究進行梳理與評析,旨在進一步揭示教師專長養成的規律與方法,為教師提供專業髮展的參攷與方嚮,併為國際漢語師資培養與培訓提供有效資源。

Since the TCSOL scholars all over the world have shown more concern over the research on teacher development, the comparative studies on the professional development of the novice, profi cient and expert teachers have become an important research orientation and made some conspicuous achievements. This paper gives a summary review of the previous studies on the definitions of these three kinds of teachers, their differences in teaching and cognition in order to reveal the laws and methods for cultivating their expertise and their future professional training and development.
