企业管理设计战略柔性对其绩效具有重要作用。企业管理设计战略柔性主要包括资源柔性和能力柔性两个维度。资源柔性通过拓宽企业多元化外部资源环境,提高企业在应对市场竞争中的实力;能力柔性通过优化企业内部管理机制配置能力,有效降低企业发展过程中内部成本,提高企业经济绩效。通过建立企业管理设计对其绩效影响的模型及进行实证分析,本文认为资源柔性和能力柔性都对企业经济绩效起正向作用。据此,提出了企业可持续发展战略的组织柔性设计、企业资源柔性和能力柔性合理转换机制,以及合理股权框架的构建对策建议。

Strategic flexibility of enterprise management design plays an important role in enterprise economic performance. Strategic flexibility of enterprise management design mainly includes resource flexibility and capability flexibility. By broadening the enterprise diversification of external resource environments, resource flexibility improves the enterprise competitive power in response to the market competition; by optimizing the configuration capacity of internal management mechanism, capability flexibility effectively reduces the internal costs and improves enterprise economic performance in the process of enterprise development. In this paper, through the establishment of the model of the impacts of enterprise management design on en- terprise performance and the implementation of empirical analysis, the paper believes that resource flexibility and capability flexibility have positive effects on enterprise economic performance. On this basis, it puts forward the sustainable development strategies of reasonable conversion mechanism of enterprise organization flexibility design, enterprise resource flexibility and capability flexibility and the construction of enterprise equity framework.
