党的十八届四中全会提出,要贯彻落实总体国家安全观,推进公共安全法治化。食品药品安全关系国计民生,是公共安全体系的重要组成部分。危害食品药品安全是一类典型的涉众型经济犯罪,危害性强。本文以我国食品药品安全的现状为切入点,提出我国食品药品安全风险应对不仅需相关机构加强协作,还需进一步落实食品药品安全的风险识别、风险评估及风险应对体系建设与监管机制,使其成为一种常态。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC resolved the implementation of the overall national security concept, to promote the public security under the rule of law. Food and drug safety is a matter vital to national wellbeing and the people＇ s livelihood, and also an important part of the public security system. Endangering the safety of food and drugs is a kind of typical stakeholder types of economic crimes, which would lead to great harms. This thesis, starting from the status quo of China＇ s food and drug safety, aims to put forward that China＇ s food and drug safety risk responses not only need to strengthen institutional collaborations, but also need the further improvement of food and drug safety risk identification, risk assessment and risk response of system construction and supervision mechanism as to make it the
