Along with the development of logistics industry, logistics finance is widely used in practice as an innovative logistics ser- vice. However, the development of logistics finance is so late that its management system is far from perfection. Many models of coal logistics finance have been formed because of its characteristics of large sales, high financing and strict credit requirements. To succeed in the practice, the coal logistics enterprises should strengthen the collaborations with banks and financing companies, chose correct coal logistics financial modes, improve credit review ability and do well with coal transportation and supervision.
