高校专业评估及建设具有显著的整合特性,其评估指标体系的建构理应由整合思维来支撑并置于整合性原则之下,做到观念与权力、指标维度与遴选方法、过程与结果、专业条件与条件利用等的整合;藉此可编制出一套包含6个一级指标、24个二级指标及42个观测点的校内专业评估指标体系。初步应用结果显示,该指标体系能将校内专业合理地区分为发展、扶持、保护和优化四类,有效性强,适合审核评估背景下高校自主开展专业分类评估之用。

Internally constructing or evaluating professions has significant characteristics of integration in col- leges, of which the construction of the index system for assessing professions should be supported by integrative think- ing and under integrated principle, the ideas and the power, the indicator dimensions and the selecting methods, pro- cess and results, and the conditions and the their use should be integrated. By this a set of index system internally as- sessing professions is compilied with six primary index, 24 secondary indexes and 42 points. The results of assessing professions show that the index system can reasonabely divide the professions of colleges into four types such as to be the developed largely, the supported, the protected and the eliminated. The effectiveness of the index system is strong and suitable for use under the audit assessment.
