通过测算中国产学研协同创新系统协同度和企业技术进步,检验了产学研协同创新是否促进了企业技术进步。研究发现,当前产学研协同创新系统协同度总体上呈增长趋势,但水平较低;全国范围的企业技术进步效应明显。产学研协同创新对企业技术进步的影响是不显著的,企业子系统的内部协同和高校子系统的内部协同亦无法显著促进企业技术进步。
通過測算中國產學研協同創新繫統協同度和企業技術進步,檢驗瞭產學研協同創新是否促進瞭企業技術進步。研究髮現,噹前產學研協同創新繫統協同度總體上呈增長趨勢,但水平較低;全國範圍的企業技術進步效應明顯。產學研協同創新對企業技術進步的影響是不顯著的,企業子繫統的內部協同和高校子繫統的內部協同亦無法顯著促進企業技術進步。

By estimating the degree of industry university research (IUR) synergy innovation system and enterprises' technical pro- gress of China, the paper examined whether IUR synergy innovation generate technical progress of enterprises empirically. The results show that the degree of IUR synergy innovation appears an upward trend in a whole, but the level is low, and the effect of technical progress nationally is obvious now. However, the impact of IUR synergy innovation on technical progress of enterprises is not significant, and the internal of industry subsystem's synergy and the internal of university subsystem's synergy also don't have significant impact on technical progress of enterprises.
