在现行经济与政策背景下，构建基于平衡计分卡的大学生初创企业绩效评估模型。以广州地区39家成立于2010--2012年间的大学生初创企业2013年度业绩为样本，进行大学生初创企业绩效评估的实证研究，并根据影响因素提出相应对策，以便为大学初创企业提供借鉴。
在現行經濟與政策揹景下，構建基于平衡計分卡的大學生初創企業績效評估模型。以廣州地區39傢成立于2010--2012年間的大學生初創企業2013年度業績為樣本，進行大學生初創企業績效評估的實證研究，併根據影響因素提齣相應對策，以便為大學初創企業提供藉鑒。
재현행경제여정책배경하，구건기우평형계분잡적대학생초창기업적효평고모형。이엄주지구39가성립우2010--2012년간적대학생초창기업2013년도업적위양본，진행대학생초창기업적효평고적실증연구，병근거영향인소제출상응대책，이편위대학초창기업제공차감。
Under the background of current economy and policies, this paper constructs BSC performance evaluation mode of university students＇ start-up enterprises. On the basis of 2013 annual performance of 39 entrepreneurial enterprises founded from 2010 to 2012 in Guangzhou, an empirical study is conducted to performance evaluation of university students＇ start-up enterprises. According to the in- fluencial factors, strategies are proposed accordingly in order to give guidance to university students＇ start-uD enterprises.
