长株潭农村社会化养老服务组织体系正日趋完善,但公办养老机构的经营和服务模式已难以满足老龄人的实际需求.调查发现长株潭养老服务组织体系建设面临集中养老资源不足、服务能力低、养老服务组织不健全、专业人才匮乏等问题.应不断完善组织体系、强化制度保障、健全市场运行机制、加强组织监管,建立健全长株潭农村社会化养老服务机制.
長株潭農村社會化養老服務組織體繫正日趨完善,但公辦養老機構的經營和服務模式已難以滿足老齡人的實際需求.調查髮現長株潭養老服務組織體繫建設麵臨集中養老資源不足、服務能力低、養老服務組織不健全、專業人纔匱乏等問題.應不斷完善組織體繫、彊化製度保障、健全市場運行機製、加彊組織鑑管,建立健全長株潭農村社會化養老服務機製.

The rural social endowment service organization system is becoming more complete in Changsha - Zhuzhou - Xiangtan ar- ea, but the business and service mode of public pension agency has been difficult to meet the needs of older people. This paper investigates and summarizes the main problems facing the construction of endowment service organization sys- tem in Changsha- Zhuzhou -Xiangtan area, including concentrated endowment resources shortage, low service ability, pension service organization is not sound, lack of professional talents and so on. On the basis of investigation and analy- sis, we sbeuld combine with the construction of the status of rural old -age service organization system, put forward to improve the organizational system, enhance the system guarantee and improve the operation of the market mechanism, strengthen the organization and supervision suggestions.
