国民收入初次分配的格局，反映了生产要素所有者在社会分配中的相对地位与作用，很大程度上决定了社会最终收入分配的基本结构。当前我国初次分配总收入中，住户部门所占比重近年来一直呈下降趋势。文章从劳动者报酬比重下降、居民财产性收入偏低，以及不同行业收入差距扩大等方面，通过大量数据分析我国初次分配格局失衡，及收入分配差距的现状和成因，并提出相关对策建议。

The primary distribution situation of the national income reflects the relative position and role of production factor owner in social distribution, and also largely determines the basic structure of final social income distribution. In current structure of China＇s initial distribution, the proportion of the household sector has been declining in recent years. By using the large amounts of data, the article analyzed the condition of the proportion of labor remuneration declining, of the relative low residents＂ property income, and of the income gap expanding between different industries. Through examining a large amount of data and analyzing the causes and origins of China＇s unbalanced initial distribution situation, as well as the expanding income gap, the article also proposed relevant policy suggestions.
