2010年,一系列社会文化史著作的出版和会议的召开,标志着中国的社会文化史研究从奠基阶段进入了成熟发展阶段。五年来,社会文化史研究取得了重要成果,主要表现为高频度的学术活动、多维度的研究成果和新层面的理论探索,体现了炽盛与深化的发展态势。但也存在一些明显的局限：理论研究与实践的对接不够,学术研究重镇过少以及资料搜集整理与典范研究专著的阙如。可以说,这五年的社会文化史研究是成绩与问题共存。
2010년,일계렬사회문화사저작적출판화회의적소개,표지착중국적사회문화사연구종전기계단진입료성숙발전계단。오년래,사회문화사연구취득료중요성과,주요표현위고빈도적학술활동、다유도적연구성과화신층면적이론탐색,체현료치성여심화적발전태세。단야존재일사명현적국한：이론연구여실천적대접불구,학술연구중진과소이급자료수집정리여전범연구전저적궐여。가이설,저오년적사회문화사연구시성적여문제공존。
In 2010, a series of books and conferences in social cultural history have showed that the research on social cultural history in China has developed from the stage of foundation to the stage of maturity. Over the past five years, the maturity of social cultural history research was manifested in three aspects ： frequent academic activi- ties, multi-angle research outputs, new theoretical explorations, which have reflected the trends of flourishing and deepening. However, there were some weaknesses： insufficient link between the theoretical research and research practice, scarce important academic centres, lack of materials collection and exemplary research monograph. In a word, the achievements and the problems coexist in the research of social cultural history in the past five years.
