农民网络政治参与的＂制度化＂研究是对现有研究模式的全新开辟。以制度本身为核心分析变量,将农民阶层的网络政治参与纳入到新制度主义政治学的分析范式中,可以揭示现有网络政治参与存在的制度供给匮乏和供给制度的非均衡性等问题。而从政治文化的创建、网络技术的应用以及参与制度的创新等路径来持续推进农民网络政治参与的制度化建设,可以有效提升农民网络政治参与的意识和能力。

The ＂institutionalized＂ study of farmers＇ participation in network politics is a new development of ex- isting research paradigm. Taking the institution as the core variable, this paper analyzes farmers＇ participation in net- work politics in the paradigm of new institutional politics and reveals the insufficiency and imbalance of supply system in current network political participation. Such paths as the establishment of political culture, application of network technology and innovation of participation institution can promote the institutional construction of farmers＇ participation in network politics and effectively improve farmers＇ consciousness and ability to participate in network politics.
