The complexity and universality of controlling shareholders agency problem makes the research in this field muhidiseiplinary. Because of the different emphasis, the conclusions are not always the same from the different theoretical per- spectives. This article firstly analyzes and compares the related studies from the different theoretical perspectives and then goes on to build a theoretical research model for the agency problem of the controlling shareholders so as to provide some refer- ence and inspiration for the future related research.
