人性即人类本身所具有的特性,是人之所以为人的各种规定性特别是社会关系的总和。在人的社会关系形成过程中伴随着指挥与控制行为。对于人性中的指挥与控制,可以从社会关系中最基本、最主要的生产关系和人性中最强烈之追求自由的特性两个方面深入探讨。生产关系中的所有制形式内在地规定了指挥与控制存在的必然性;在追求自由的人性中又必然要求人有一种强有力的自我指挥和自我控制的能力,要想摆脱被控制就必须加强自我控制,人自己对于自身的指挥与控制是这一过程最生动的体现。

Humanity is the characteristic of human being itself, which is the totality of various definitive properties, especially social relations, that only human has. The formation process of people＇s social relations accompanies with the command and control behaviors. The command and control permeated in human nature can be discussed from two aspects, one the relations of production, the other the intense pursuit of freedom in human nature. The ownership in the relations of production inherently specifies the necessity of the existence of the command and control, while the pursuit of freedom in human nature inevitably requires that people should have a great ability of self-command and self-control. People who want to avoid being controlled must strengthen the ability of self-control, and the most vivid embodiment of this process is that people command and control themselves.
