积极共同体是指导师与研究生采用乐观的解释风格和归因方式获取积极意义和积极体验的有机体。它强调导师与研究生人性积极的方面,即强调人的积极品质、积极力量和积极潜力。导师把立足点放在研究生固有的积极潜力上,致力于通过增加研究生的积极体验来培养研究生的积极品质,这既是对人性的一种尊重和颂扬,更是对人性的一种理智理解;同时导师自身也会变得更加积极,如此能促进师生和谐相处,共同发展。

Active community is the organism that the tutors and graduate students use with an optimistic explanatory style and attribution style to obtain positive significance and positive experience. It puts much emphasis on the positive as- pect of humanity and positive quality, even positive energy and potential between the tutors and postgraduates. With this re- gard, tutors should focus on the positive potential that students inherent, commit to increasing postgraduates' positive expe- rience to cultivate their positive qualities. This is the respect and praise, and also is a rational understanding for human be- ing. At the same time, the tutors themselves will become more active. So it can promote the harmony between them and their common development.
