现代大学制度建设忽视了一种重要的权力——学生权力。学生权力是现代大学制度不可或缺的因素,这是利益相关者理论的诉求,是高校民主管理的呼唤,是高校内部权力制衡的需要。我国现行大学制度下,学生话语权、学生权力保障制度和学生权力实现途径存在着不同程度的缺失。现代大学制度下实现学生权力,要把学生权力纳入高校内部权力结构,形成权力制衡;创设各种途径,保障学生权力实现;认识学生权力的有限性,把握学生权力的限度。

The construction of the modem university system in China has neglected one important fight--the students＇ fights. It is an indispensable part of the modem university system, a way to reflect the appeals of the stakeholders, a call for democratic management in colleges and universities, and a tool for the balance of intemal powers. In China＇ s current university system, students do not have discourse power and the system to guarantee the realization of students＇ rights is missing. The realization of students＇ rights in the modem university system depends on its integration into the intemal power structure of the university. Different monitoring and supervising systems should be established to guarantee the realization of students＇ rights; and an objective understanding of the limitation of students＇ fights should also be given enough attention.
