以农户行为理论为基础,通过构建农户参与循环农业工程行为影响机理分析框架,采用Probit回归分析模型,利用辽宁省408户样本农户调查数据进行实证分析.结果显示,在研究区大多数农户对循环农业的认知程度还比较低,仅有13.73%的受访农户参与了循环农业工程,循环农业工程建设还有待深入.研究还表明,户主受教育程度、人均耕地面积、家庭人均年收入、循环农业认知程度、技术指导、信贷支持是影响农户参与循环农业工程的重要因素.因此,文章认为要提高农户对循环农业工程参与程度,应该加强宣传教育,提高农户环境保护意识和对循环农业认知程度、推动农业废弃物资源化利用技术创新和应用、加强农户循环农业技术指导和培训力度、加大循环农业资金投入和财政支持.

Using the farmer behavior theory, the paper makes an empirical study by building a framework to analyze the influence mechanism of farmers' participation in circular agricultural project and a probit regression analysis model based on 408 farmers' survey data in Liaoning province. The results show that most of the farmers' cognition on circular agriculture is weak and only 13.73% of the surveyed farmers participate in circular agricultural project, and the construction of the circular agricultural project still needs further promotion. The study also finds that the significant influencing factors of farmers' participation in circular agriculture project include education level of household, per capita arable land, per-capita annual income of household, cognition degree, technical guidance and bank credit support. Finally, in order to improve farmers' participation degree on circular agriculture project, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as intensifying publicity, improving farmers' environment protection awareness and cognition degree of circular agriculture, promoting technology innovation and application on agricultural waste resource utilization, enhancing farmers' technical guidance and training of circular agriculture, establishing a diversified financing channels and increasing funding and financial support in circular agriculture.
