国内外现有的农业转型理论及研究多是基于社会、经济视角,很少会涉及资源环境,而农业转型发展与资源环境息息相关,研究农业转型期的资源环境特征对协调农业发展与资源环境的关系,制定农业发展战略和环境保护方针具有重要意义.因此,结合我国农业发展实际状况和舒尔茨的农业发展理论分析得出我国在1952～1958年间开始进入农业转型期.然后将我国农业转型期分为三个阶段,并详细分析了各农业发展阶段的资源环境特征.

By reviewing agricultural transformation theory and related researches, we found that the existing researches on agricultural transition are mainly from the viewpoint of social and economic perspectives, rarely from the perspective of resource environment. We know that agriculture is closely related to resources and environment. Therefore, it is meaningful to study resources and environment characteristics in agricultural transition period. According to the Schultz＇s agricultural development theory, we drew the conclusion that Chinese agriculture has been in transition since 1952- 1958.Then, we divided the agricultural transition period into three stages, and gave a detailed analysis of the resource environment characteristics in each stage.
