本文通过对PISA2012财经素养测试数据分析发现，上海学生财经素养表现优异，不仅平均成绩高，且高低端差异小，财经素养高水平的比例最高；上海学生的财经素养表现与其在基础学科的表现、家庭社会经济背景、学校财经教育以及学生理财经验和习惯方面存在相关关系。基于上述分析结果，文章对我国中小学财经教育提出建议。

The Analysis of PISA 2012 financial literacy data shows that Shanghai students perform very well in this domain, not only in the scores but also in the difference between top and bottom. Additionally, Shanghai has the largest percentage of top performers in financial literacy. The results also show that financial literacy correlates with mathematics and reading literacy, ESCS （economic, social and culture status）, financial education in school, students＇ financial experiences and habits. Suggestions for the financial education are offered based on the above analysis.
