当前全球经济格局发生深刻变化、区域一体化趋势快速发展对我国既是机遇也是挑战。我国应进一步深化涉外经济体制改革和创新,为推进高水平自贸区战略提供有效制度和政策保障;应逐步提高自贸区谈判的自由化标准,重视自贸区谈判的＂新议题＂;要强化国内自贸区谈判的统筹决策与内部协调机制建设。

The current global economic situation has undergone profound changes. The rapid development of re- gional integration presents both opportunities and challenges to China. China should further promote its reform and inno- vation in foreign trade related economic system, and provide effective institutional and policy support to promote high- level FTA strategy. Moreover, China should gradually improve the liberalization standard of FTA negotiations, attach greater importance to the ＂new issues＂ in FTA negotiations, and strengthen the construction of the overall policy making and internal coordination mechanisms that are responsible for FTA negotiations.
