由于人与资源环境之间矛盾的尖锐化,绿色GDP核算一度成为国际也成为我国社会各界关注的重要研究对象。文章追踪了绿色GDP核算的国际进展,指出因为诸多因素,绿色GDP核算存在的诸多实现困难,分析了我国绿色GDP核算存在的现实障碍,指出尽管绿色GDP核算可能在短时期难以实现,但是我们可以跟踪国际社会的进展,采取替代性指标衡量环境损害状况以及推行积极的环境政策。

Due to the contradiction between human and environment resources, green GDP accounting becomes an important research subject both in domestic and international communities. This paper traced the international progress of green GDP accounting,listed many realizing difficulties caused by many fac- tors, analyzed the realistic obstacles existed in China and finally pointed out that although it may be diffi- cult to achieve green GDP accounting in a short period,we can learn from the progress of the international community in taking an alternative index to measure the environmental damage so as to carry on the active environmental policies.
