通过对岳麓秦简＂毋夺田时令＂的分析,认为＂中县道＂是内史辖县道,＂春秋试射＂是县吏召集黔首参加的射术教学、演练和考核。＂毋夺田时令＂规定了两事项,分别需要和相关律令条文配合使用。
通過對嶽麓秦簡＂毌奪田時令＂的分析,認為＂中縣道＂是內史轄縣道,＂春鞦試射＂是縣吏召集黔首參加的射術教學、縯練和攷覈。＂毌奪田時令＂規定瞭兩事項,分彆需要和相關律令條文配閤使用。
통과대악록진간＂무탈전시령＂적분석,인위＂중현도＂시내사할현도,＂춘추시사＂시현리소집검수삼가적사술교학、연련화고핵。＂무탈전시령＂규정료량사항,분별수요화상관율령조문배합사용。
Through the analysis of the Prohibition of Delay Farming which appeared in Yuelu AcademyQin Bamboo Slips, this paper argues that Zhong Xiandao were managed by Nei Shi,and the archery tests inspring and autumn were organized by county officials. The prohibition involved two things, and it shouldbe applied with other laws.
