党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》（以下简称《决定》），首次以党的重要文件提出“法律的权威源白人民的内心拥护和真诚信仰”的论断，对于中国法治国家的建设具有重大意义和作用。《决定》确立了“法治信仰论”，终结了“人治信仰观”，以法治信仰观作为贯穿始终的主线，必将有力促进国家的法治进程，也将在意识形态和思想领域产生深刻影响。推进法治国家应该尊重和保障信仰的多层化，树立法治信仰将从根本上全面提升国民法治索养，为中国法治化提供基础保障，从而确立“法治信仰”的根本和基础地位。
黨的十八屆四中全會通過的《中共中央關于全麵推進依法治國若榦重大問題的決定》（以下簡稱《決定》），首次以黨的重要文件提齣“法律的權威源白人民的內心擁護和真誠信仰”的論斷，對于中國法治國傢的建設具有重大意義和作用。《決定》確立瞭“法治信仰論”，終結瞭“人治信仰觀”，以法治信仰觀作為貫穿始終的主線，必將有力促進國傢的法治進程，也將在意識形態和思想領域產生深刻影響。推進法治國傢應該尊重和保障信仰的多層化，樹立法治信仰將從根本上全麵提升國民法治索養，為中國法治化提供基礎保障，從而確立“法治信仰”的根本和基礎地位。
당적십팔계사중전회통과적《중공중앙관우전면추진의법치국약간중대문제적결정》（이하간칭《결정》），수차이당적중요문건제출“법률적권위원백인민적내심옹호화진성신앙”적론단，대우중국법치국가적건설구유중대의의화작용。《결정》학립료“법치신앙론”，종결료“인치신앙관”，이법치신앙관작위관천시종적주선，필장유력촉진국가적법치진정，야장재의식형태화사상영역산생심각영향。추진법치국가응해존중화보장신앙적다층화，수입법치신앙장종근본상전면제승국민법치색양，위중국법치화제공기출보장，종이학립“법치신앙”적근본화기출지위。
The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Problems in Promoting an Le- gal Country Comprehensively （hereinafter referred to as ＂The Decision＂） passed in the Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC 18＇h National Congress put forward for the first time that ＂the authority of law comes from the people＇s inner support and sincere faith＂, and will exert significant influence on the country＇s on - going project of building a legal China. ＂The Decision＂ establi- shes the faith in rule of law and puts an end to that in rule of man, which will promote forcefully the legalization process of the country and have a profound impact in the field of ideology and thought. And it will improve fundamentally the overall legal liter- acy of the nation and provide basic assurance for the country＇s legal process as well. Of course, in the legalization process of the country, multiple stratification of faith should be respected and guaranteed, as it will in turn contribute to the formation of the primary and basic status of the belief in rule of law.
