在云南“南亚东南亚辐射中心”战略建设中，云南来华留学教育工作应发挥主动性，在现有的基础上，查缺补碾，不断改进，充分发挥云南的区位优势，借助本省现有的资源，进一步开拓进取，瞄准好方向，选择好路径，开创云南来华留学工作的新局面，努力成为云南建设“面向南亚东南亚辐射中心”的“发动机”和“推进器”，真正服务好“南亚东南亚辐射中心”的战略建设。
在雲南“南亞東南亞輻射中心”戰略建設中，雲南來華留學教育工作應髮揮主動性，在現有的基礎上，查缺補碾，不斷改進，充分髮揮雲南的區位優勢，藉助本省現有的資源，進一步開拓進取，瞄準好方嚮，選擇好路徑，開創雲南來華留學工作的新跼麵，努力成為雲南建設“麵嚮南亞東南亞輻射中心”的“髮動機”和“推進器”，真正服務好“南亞東南亞輻射中心”的戰略建設。
재운남“남아동남아복사중심”전략건설중，운남래화류학교육공작응발휘주동성，재현유적기출상，사결보년，불단개진，충분발휘운남적구위우세，차조본성현유적자원，진일보개탁진취，묘준호방향，선택호로경，개창운남래화류학공작적신국면，노력성위운남건설“면향남아동남아복사중심”적“발동궤”화“추진기”，진정복무호“남아동남아복사중심”적전략건설。
In the strategic construction of ＂the hub of South and Southeast Asia＂, great initiative should be given to the inter- national education in Yunnan , and much can be done to improve it, which includes making up the weakness, exploiting the lo- cation advantage of Yunnan, adopting pioneering spirit and making wise judgment and choosing proper ways of development. By fulfilling the foregoing work, international education in Yunnan can be an ＂engine＂ and ＂propeller＂ of ＂constructing the hub of South and Southeast Asia＂ and better serve this construction strategy.
