中小企业在我国国民经济中的重要地位日益凸显。但由于受各种内外因素的制约,中小企业在发展过程中面临严重的金融制约。中小企业信用体系无论对企业还是金融机构而言都具有必要性。笔者指出我国中小企业信用体系建设中在法律制度、管理机构、信息共享、信用评级等方面的问题,分析了我国中小企业信用体系建设路径,提出了完善中小企业信用体系的建议。

The important position of minor and medium-sized enterprises becomes more and more prominent in Chinese national economy. However, limited by the various kinds of internal and external factors, in the process of development, the minor and medium-sized enterprises are confronted with a serious financial constraint. The credit system of the minor and medium-sized enterprises is necessary not only for enterprises but also the financial institutions. The paper points out the problem of the credit system construction of minor and medium-sized enterprises in legal system, administration sharing, credit rating, and so on, and also analyzes constructional path of credit system in Chinese minor and medium-sized enterprises and proposes suggestions to complete the credit system of minor and medium-sized enterprises.
