我国城镇化进程中出现了许多问题,解决这些问题的有效途径就是走新型城镇化道路。为了实现城市的新型城镇化发展,走低碳发展路径,强调经济、社会和环境的协调发展,是长效、可持续发展的可靠模式。文章在分析了西部城市群低碳城镇化发展现状的基础上,运用STIRPAT模型对产生此现状的原因进行分析,得出城市经济规模是影响能源消费碳排量程度最深的因素这一结果。最后针对原因提出加大城乡规划的引导作用;创新地方政府考评制度;优化产业结构;建立健全碳排放交易体制;倡导低碳化生活方式等合理建议。

The process of urbanization in our country there have been many problems, effective way to solve these problems is to take a new road of urbanization.
