基于199个进入中国市场不足5年的跨国公司样本,本文探究了学习导向、动态能力、竞争优势和企业绩效之间的关系。实证结果表明,学习导向对企业绩效的提升具有显著的正向影响,同时动态能力的正向调节作用与竞争优势的中介作用得到了很好的发挥。基于以上结果,新晋跨国公司在实践中要注重以学习导向来驱动企业竞争优势的提升,加强组织柔性建设,提高企业动态能力,这才是跨国公司提升企业绩效的关键。

Based on 199 samples from multi-national corporations less than 5 years under the Chinese market, this paper investigates the relationships among learning orientation, dynamic capability, competitive advantage and business performance. The empirical results show that, learning orientation has positive effect on enterprise performance, the positive regulation of dynamic capability and the intermediary role of competitive advantage have been played very well. According to the above results, the new muhi-mational corporation should pay attention to learning orientation to drive the competitive advantage in practice, strengthen the construction of organizational flexibility, and improve the dynamic capability of enterprise, it is the key of the multi-national corporation enhancing business performance.
