中国文学中有许多因＂礼仪＂而产生的＂文体＂。此种文体的类别众多,是中国文学的特色之一。此种文体既因礼仪而产生,则会受到该礼仪之性质和气氛的制约,容易形成固定的形式与内容,不易彰显文学趣味;但若有大文豪突破固定形式与内容,亦能创造出杰出作品。唯一当该礼仪在社会上衰亡,其相应产生之文体亦必随之衰亡。

중국문학중유허다인＂례의＂이산생적＂문체＂。차충문체적유별음다,시중국문학적특색지일。차충문체기인례의이산생,칙회수도해례의지성질화기분적제약,용역형성고정적형식여내용,불역창현문학취미;단약유대문호돌파고정형식여내용,역능창조출걸출작품。유일당해례의재사회상쇠망,기상응산생지문체역필수지쇠망。
In Chinese literature, some styles resulted from different rituals. The profusion of this kind of styles is one of the characteristics of Chinese literature. These styles, born of rituals, are subject to the restrictions of the rituals＇ nature and the climate in which the rituals were practiced. As such, the styles are inclined to being fixed in form and content, thus obscuring the literary taste of the works. If great men of letters made a breakthrough of the fixity, there would still be outstanding literary products. The fading of such rituals in society would, however, lead to the inevitable fading of the styles concerned.
