通过对近十几年相关研究成果和实际案例的研究,构建了由6个一级指标、24个二级指标及238个三级指标组成的社区建设综合评价指标体系。在确定指标体系权重过程中,为了避免可能发生的逻辑错误,对AHP方法进行了必要修正并计算出各个指标的权重。研究结果具有较强的实用性和可操作性,为实施社区建设的全面、科学评价奠定了理论、方法和工具基础。

Community development, one of the crucial tasks of social developmenr, directly affect the implement of strengthening and innovating social management mentioned in the documents of 18th Party Congress of China, as well as the development of scientific social management. In or- der to evaluate the degree of community development more comprehensively, this work develops an evaluation index system consists of three levels and 268 indicators based on the results of previous research. And the indices developed reflect six aspects-democracy, management, safety, envi- ronment, culture and service-of the community development. Then, method of revised AHP which could effectively minimize the logical fallacies is adopted to confirm the weight of each indicator.
