首先对航空公司运行控制中影响决策的因素进行分析,利用层次分析法构建了在航空公司运行控制过程中主要影响签派员决策的关联因素模型,将复杂的系统层次化,通过逐层比较各种关联因素的重要性来分析各因素的重要程度,通过算例验证及数据分析,提出的基于层次分析的运行控制辅助决策模型能为最终的决策提供定量的依据。

First of all, analyze the important factors that may affect the decision making in airlines operational control. In this paper, an Analytic Hierarchy Process is employed to build a related-factor model mainly influencing dispatchers' making decision in the operational control process of airlines. This process makes the complicated decision-making system hierarchic and analyzes the importance of all related factors by comprising their importance in a hierarchical way. Through an algorithmic example and data analysis, the operational control decision-making model of an as- sisting nature based on hierarchic analysis in this paper can provide quantitative basis for final decision making.
