目前，科研诚信问题不仅被学术界所关注，同时也逐渐成为社会焦点问题。针对我国学术领域存在的科研诚信问题，在梳理各教育机构、政府机关和学术团体的科研诚信建设工作基础上，分析了科研诚信问题的成因，并对如何改进科研诚信保障机制进行了探讨，这对有效制约科研诚信问题的发生，维护学术尊严，构造纯洁的学术环境具有重要意义。
