近年来，福建省中小企业数量增长迅猛。中小企业已逐渐成为参与经济的重要市场主体，在提供就业岗位、拉伸经济增长等方面起着重要的作用。目前制约中小企业快速成长的主要难题就是资金短缺，融资困难、融资成本高。针对这一系列问题，提出了相关的对策建议。

근년래，복건성중소기업수량증장신맹。중소기업이축점성위삼여경제적중요시장주체，재제공취업강위、랍신경제증장등방면기착중요적작용。목전제약중소기업쾌속성장적주요난제취시자금단결，융자곤난、융자성본고。침대저일계렬문제，제출료상관적대책건의。
There was a dramatic increased in the total amount of small and medium-sized enterprises in Fujian province in recent years. The small and medium-slzed enterprises, as the principal part of market in in the economy, is a important channel in enlarging employment, increasing reve- nue and growing economic. Nevertheless, the financing difficulty and high cost is a issue facing they. Considering the own problems, narrow finan- cing channel,capital high barriers to entry and few channels of credit guarantee of small and medium-sized enterprises in development, puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to their issues.
