网络集群行为是网络环境下的一种特有的群体性行为。网络集群行为具有超越时空性、规模无限性和年龄特殊性等重要特征,其发生受多种因素的影响,如框架效应、事件类型、匿名性、回应策略和社会认同等。文章通过对网络集群行为的发生过程和影响因素分析,提出网络集群行为发生理论模型,为引导和控制网络集群行为提供理论依据。

The occurrence of the internet collective behaviours is affected by many factors. The characteristics of the internet collective behaviours include nonrestriction of time and space, limitless scale and particularity of par- ticipants＇ age. There are three stages of the occurrence of the internet collective behaviours ： psychological prepara- tion, psychological maintenance and psychological elimination. In terms of psychological preparation, it includes frame effect, event types, anonymity, moral principles, rumour elimination, value orientation and response strategy. And for psychological maintenance, it includes social identification, group emotion, group effectiveness and the elimination of deindividuation. In light of psychological elimination, it includes information disclosure, pressure from public opinion and lack of interest. The theoretical model for the occurrence of the internet collective behaviours provides a theoretical foundation for the guidance and control of the internet collective behaviours.
