“中国梦”是为“实现中华民族伟大复兴，就是中华民族近代以来最伟大梦想”。从文化软实力视角分析，”中国梦”充分体现了国家性、民族性以及人民性的价值内涵。实现“中国梦”既要增强国家硬实力的“躯体”，又要提升文化软实力的“灵魂”。文章着眼于”中国梦”视闽下的文化软实力建设，提出未来我国文化软实力的建构路径为：弘扬优秀传统文化，提升文化软实力的源动力；坚持核心价值体系，提升文化软实力的整合力；完善文化发展布局，提升文化软实力的内升力；明确外延发展导向，提升文化软实力的辐射力。
“中國夢”是為“實現中華民族偉大複興，就是中華民族近代以來最偉大夢想”。從文化軟實力視角分析，”中國夢”充分體現瞭國傢性、民族性以及人民性的價值內涵。實現“中國夢”既要增彊國傢硬實力的“軀體”，又要提升文化軟實力的“靈魂”。文章著眼于”中國夢”視閩下的文化軟實力建設，提齣未來我國文化軟實力的建構路徑為：弘颺優秀傳統文化，提升文化軟實力的源動力；堅持覈心價值體繫，提升文化軟實力的整閤力；完善文化髮展佈跼，提升文化軟實力的內升力；明確外延髮展導嚮，提升文化軟實力的輻射力。
“중국몽”시위“실현중화민족위대복흥，취시중화민족근대이래최위대몽상”。종문화연실력시각분석，”중국몽”충분체현료국가성、민족성이급인민성적개치내함。실현“중국몽”기요증강국가경실력적“구체”，우요제승문화연실력적“령혼”。문장착안우”중국몽”시민하적문화연실력건설，제출미래아국문화연실력적건구로경위：홍양우수전통문화，제승문화연실력적원동력；견지핵심개치체계，제승문화연실력적정합력；완선문화발전포국，제승문화연실력적내승력；명학외연발전도향，제승문화연실력적복사력。
＂Chinese Dream＂ means that ＂to achieve the great national rejuvenation which is the greatest dream for the Chinese nation in the future. ＂ ＂Chinese Dream＂ fully reflects the meaning of culture, values, as well as nationality from the perspective of cultural soft power. Therefore, it is necessary not only to strengthen the coun- try＇s hard power ＂body＂ to achieve ＂Chinese Dream＂, but also to enhance the ＂soul＂ of cultural soft power. This article focuses on the construction of cultural soft power from the perspective of ＂Chinese Dream＂. The construction paths include carrying forward fine traditional culture to enhance the source of cultural soft power, adhering to the core value system to enhance its integration, improving the layout of cultural development to enhance its endogeny, and definitizing the direction of extensional development to enhance its radiation.
