U-S教师教育共同体是一个要素与功能众多、结构与环境繁复的复杂系统,具有非线性、自适性、开放性和整体性等运行特征。基于理论分析与共同体的实践探索构建的U—S教师教育共同体运行机制模型,包含组织推进、人才激励、评估反馈和环境优化等四个维度的机制及其具体阐释。

Owing to its numerous elements and functions, complicated structure and environment, U-S Teacher Education Community, whose operation is characterized by nonlinearity, self-adaptation, openness and integrity, is a typical complex system. Based on theory analysis and practice experience, this study has constructed a four-dimensional mechanism model, namely organizational promoting mechanism, talent incentive mechanism, environmental optimization mechanism and evaluative feedback mechanism and interpreted all the submechanism specifically.
