鉴于中等职业学校的培养目标、学生状况、教学策略和方式等方面的特色,对中职文化课教师的要求与普通高中教师有显著区别,将中职文化课教师资格标准等同于普通高中教师是不妥的。可以单独设立中职文化课教师资格,但在基本标准、认定制度上应该顾及到与普通高中教师资格的接轨。也可以将中职文化课教师和专业课教师作为一个整体,规定共同的基本资格标准,再按学科、专业类别制定对应的教师资格要求。

It is not an effective method to use the same requirements in teacher qualification to secondary vocational education teachers of general courses and to the teachers of general courses in senior high schools. These two categories of teachers face different challenges in many aspects, such as cultivation targets, students' quality, teaching strategies and methods. A separate Teacher Qualification for Secondary Vocational Education Teachers of General Courses should be set up, and its standards and testing system should be parallel to the Teacher Qualification for Senior High School. Meanwhile, teachers of general courses and major courses in secondary vocational schools have to meet the same basic requirements first and also meet the specific regulations for certain discipline or major category.
